1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Roleplayo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Roleplayo is an AI-powered sales-practice tool for real estate professionals. The Service simulates prospect conversations using third-party voice and language models (currently Vapi for voice transport and OpenAI for scoring and coaching). Practice sessions are recorded for the purpose of scoring and review.
3. User obligations
- You will provide accurate registration information.
- You will not abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or scrape content.
- You will not upload scripts or content you do not have the right to use.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal (Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
We follow Stripe's standard refund policy. For refund requests, contact jason@systmatik.com.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roleplayo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
