Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Roleplayo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Roleplayo is an AI-powered sales-practice tool for real estate professionals. The Service simulates prospect conversations using third-party voice and language models (currently Vapi for voice transport and OpenAI for scoring and coaching).

Practice sessions are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed so the Service can score your performance and give you feedback. By starting a practice call, you consent to the recording and processing of your audio and transcripts for these purposes. You are speaking with an AI, not a live person.

Scores, rankings, coaching, and other outputs are AI-generated practice feedback. They are provided for training purposes only and are not professional, legal, financial, or real-estate advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, and we do not guarantee any particular real-world outcome (such as closed deals, leads, or income) from using the Service. Use your own professional judgment.

• You will provide accurate registration information.
• You will not abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage caps, or scrape, crawl, or harvest its content.
• You will not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, or use it to build or train a competing product.
• You will not upload scripts or content you do not have the right to use.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

The Service — including its software, design, brand, scenarios, prompts, rubrics, and all related content — is owned by Roleplayo and its operator and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own practice. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of any scripts or materials you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Paid plans auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal (Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Monthly practice minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over.

We follow Stripe's standard refund policy. For refund requests, contact jason@systmatik.com.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or to others.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roleplayo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
